Citizen bit by stray dog.
Citizen bit by stray dog. 
On 4-01-17 around 7:30 PM a stray dog bit an adult in the 1300 Block of Putnam. The dog was described as black with light tan marks, and looked liked a Rottweiler/lab mix. The dog had a collar with tags. Anyone with information please contact Janesville Police Department at 755-3100.
