Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into the shooting death of a man, which occurred on Saturday, April 01, 2017, at 4:20 p.m., on the 2600 block of Calle Martos, Duarte.
 
Detectives have learned that Temple Station deputies responded to a possible burglary at the location call.  Upon their arrival they discovered a male Hispanic adult, inside the vacant residence, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. 
 
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. 
 
There is no suspect information at this time.
