Custer County -- The Custer County Sheriff called OSBI today after he received information one of his detention officers had sexual contact with two female inmates. The sheriff requested OSBI special agents investigate the allegation. After agents interviewed the two women and Darrion Morgan (d.o.b. 3/3/1992), the detention officer, agents arrested Morgan. The arrested occurred at Morgan's home in the 300 block of S. 17th in Clinton. Morgan was booked into the Roger Mills County jail for his protection on two counts of sexual battery. Morgan worked as a detention officer at the Custer County jail for two years.
