Fatal Traffic Collision Investigation / Milliken and 60 fwy 
Traffic investigators have been working on a fatality related collision that happened at approximately 10:22pm last night. The crash occurred on Milliken Avenue near the 60 freeway.
Based on the preliminary investigation, a box truck, driven by 41-year-old Angel Gallarzo of Riverside, rear-ended a Toyota Corolla. The deceased, a 22-year-old female resident of Eastvale, was a passenger in the Toyota. The other three occupants of the Toyota were transported to a local area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Gallarzo was arrested on a traffic warrant for a previous violation of driving on a suspended driver’s license.
Gallarzo’s possible impairment is still under investigation.
