Recently, the Thurmont Police Department has received complaints of juveniles roaming at night. TPD has also received several reports of unlocked vehicles being entered and items being stolen and / or showing signs of rummaged. These two activities are probably connected. The targeted area at this time is East of the square. Please remember to secure your vehicles and report suspicious activity immediately.
