#040 Warrant Arrest
At 11:21 a.m., Officer Butcher served a felony arrest warrant in the 4600 block of Norris Rd and took a 21 year old adult male into custody for an outside agency warrant.

#011-013, 015-032, 035-036 Auto Burglaries
At 5:51 a.m. the Fremont Dispatch Center received a call regarding multiple vehicles broken into during the night near the Villas Papillon Condo complex.  The vehicles were all parked in the general area around the 43600 block of Monarch Terrace.  Additional vehicles were also reported to have been broken into on Woodview Co.  In all of the cases, unknown suspect(s) shattered the windows of the vehicles and rummaged through personal belongings of the victims. CSO’s Anders, Ernst, and Romero investigated twenty three (23) auto burglaries.

#034 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance Arrest
At 10:32 a.m., staff at a restaurant in the 39400 block of Fremont Blvd reported a male outside was causing a disturbance. Officer Franchi investigated and arrested a 20 year old adult male for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

#055 Residential Burglary
A residence on Bardolph Circle was burglarized between 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  Entry was made through the back glass door.  A laptop, two iPads, an iPhone and jewelry were stolen.  CSO Schwartz and FTO Allen investigated.

#062 Auto Burglary/Pursuit
At 8:54 p.m., an interrupted auto burglary was reported on the 5200 block of Mowry Ave.  Officer J. Kennedy located the suspect vehicle (black Nissan 370Z with paper plates) in the Lucky’s parking lot nearby.  When he attempted a traffic stop, the vehicle turned off its lights and fled eastbound on Mowry Avenue.  A pursuit ensued as the vehicle sped eastbound on Mowry then southbound on Argonaut.  The vehicle was lost in the area of Argonaut and Walnut.  Officer Loughery located the vehicle shortly thereafter as it sped westbound on Sundale Drive.  The vehicle was again lost but discovered abandoned on Eric Street.  A perimeter was established and a K-9 search/track occurred.  The suspect was not located, but the vehicle was towed.  Detectives responded to assist patrol. 

#003 Possession of Methamphetamine Arrest
At 12:16 a.m., Officer Gigliotti arrested a 23 year old adult male, Fremont resident, for possession of methamphetamine in the 35900 block of Fremont Blvd.

#006 Identity Theft, Possession of Methamphetamine, Committing Mail Theft
At 1:48 a.m. Officer La Strape and FTO Ferrara stopped a 29 year old adult male on the 35600 block of Fremont Blvd.  He was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, committing mail theft, identify theft, and a warrant for possession of paraphernalia.

#009 Shoplifting
Officers responded to a retail store on the 4000 block of Fremont Hub to investigate a shoplifting incident.  A 34 year old adult male walked out without paying for items.  He was contacted nearby and positively identified.  He was arrested for shoplifting and a probation violation by Officer Rose.
