4th Annual Torrance Police Department Awards & Appreciation Luncheon 
On March 30th, 2017, the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Torrance Police Department, will recognize and honor contributions by its police personnel as well as members of the community.
Award winning journalist Emmitt Miller will serve as the Master of Ceremonies, as individuals and specialized units will be recognized for their acts of heroism and humanitarian efforts.
The luncheon will be hosted at the Torrance Marriott at noon.
