#013 Possession of Methamphetamine
At 11:04 a.m., Officer Collins conducted a vehicle stop near Blacow/Hilo on a vehicle with expired registration.  During the stop, he contacted two men, one who happened to be in possession of methamphetamine.  The 45 year old adult male, Livermore resident was arrested via cite release for possession of methamphetamine.
 
#017 Warrant Arrest
Officer Gonzales conducted a pedestrian stop on Delta Green Terrace and contacted a 24 year old adult male.  The male was found to have two felony burglary warrants and was arrested by Officer Gonzales.
 
#026 Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale.
At 4:05 p.m., Officer Montojo conducted a traffic stop in the area of Brown Rd and Warm Springs Blvd.  The driver of the vehicle was on searchable probation and did not have a valid driver’s license.  During a search of the vehicle, multiple clear plastics bags containing contraband (cocaine, Adderall pills, antihistamine pills and marijuana) were located.   All of the items, except the marijuana was seized. Based on the evidence and the statement of the 25 year old adult male, he was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, knowingly driving on a suspended license and an additional charge of a probation violation.

#030 Petty Theft
A reporting party from CVS at the Hub called to report a petty theft in progress.  Two suspects came in to the store and one suspect concealed makeup and clothing in her purse.  The second suspect paid for two drinks and they both walked out without paying for the items in the purse.  Officers responded and located the suspects.  The witness identified the two and they were arrested.  A 29 year old adult male and a 27 year-old adult female were arrested and transported to Santa Rita Jail.  Case investigated my Officer Rodriguez 

#037 Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Shortly after 11:00 p.m., officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon incident (stabbing) in the area of Converse St. and Mintwood St.  Officers arrived on scene and located a male victim.  Officers initiated medical aid and the male was transported to a trauma center with non-life threatening injuries.  While no further details are available at this time, we believe this to be an isolated incident.  The investigation is ongoing.

#001 Ascertain the Problem Call - Vandalism
At 11:48 p.m., dispatch received a report of a gun in the area of Nursery Ave and Niles Blvd.  The reporting party was yelling that someone had shot out the windows of their van using a firearm. Officers respond with lights/siren and determined no shots were fired and the vehicle was vandalized by a pool ball following a disturbance. The caller could not be located, and the owner of the vehicle did not desire prosecution.  Officer Oliveira documented the incident.

#002 Assault with deadly Weapon
At 11:55 p.m., while officers were responding code to the above detail in Niles, a male victim from Lee St (near the Five Corners/Irvington area) called to report a male with a gun was trying to kill his family. Officers arrive and confirm an assault with a deadly weapon occurred, possibly with a stick but no gun was actually seen.  Officers locate the suspect in a white van in a parking lot near Mowry/Paseo Padre.  The 34 year old adult male is detained and arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm), criminal threats and domestic battery.  He is transported to Santa Rita. No gun was ever located. Officer Watts and FTO Harvey handled the investigation.
 
#003 Vandalism
At 1:35 p.m., Officer Oliveira is dispatched to the 39100 block of Liberty St. regarding a 28 year old adult female, who was being detained by private security for “tagging” a wall with a sharpie. The female was cited at the scene for vandalism and released.
