Scott County Sheriff Wes Drury reports a Morley man arrested for Drug Charges.

Michael G. Rysdam (49) has been charged with the Class C Felony of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (x2), and the Class D Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Sheriff Drury states that on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 deputies, along with the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol executed a search warrant in Morley. Located in the residence was a plastic bottle containing over 150 prescription pills of hydrocodone and oxycodone, which are controlled substances. Inside the medication bottle was a plastic bag containing a crystal like substance weighing approximately 24 grams. The crystal like substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Also located inside the residence was an off white substance located on a glass plate. The substance weighed approximately 2 grams and field tested positive for heroin.

Rysdam was arrested and transported to the Scott County Jail pending formal charges.

Rysdam remains in custody at the Scott County Jail. Bond was set by the court at $25,000 cash or surety.
