Warrants for 2014 arson issued for two charged in murder for hire attempt. Third person, Tyree Sanford NOW IN CUSTODY

***UPDATE 3-23-17***
At approximately 3:15 pm on 3-22-17, Tyree Sanford was located coming out of a home in the 4200 block of S Tyler St. He was arrested by an APD officer and transported to the Randall County jail for booking of his Arson warrant. 

***UPDATE 3-17-2017, 6:30 PM***Special Crimes Unit investigators continued to review information in this case. They developed information that it was connected to a June 4, 2014, arson case in rural Randall County. In that case, a semi-tractor was burned while it was parked near a home in the 10,000 block of Highway 60. This vehicle was owned by the intended victim in the murder for remuneration case. SCU investigators believed that Billy Glenn Ivy Jr. age 49, Kimber Danielle Eisenhaur, age 34, and Tyree Lamont Sanford BM age 35, committed the arson. On 3-17-17, the Randall County District Attorney’s Office accepted charges of Arson, a second degree felony, against the three suspects. Ivy and Eisenhaur were still in custody at the Randall County Jail and the charge was added. The third suspect, Sanford, is wanted for Arson under warrant #27435. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. His photograph is included in this release. ***NIXLE UPDATE 6:45 PM 3-9-17 Billy Glenn Ivy Jr is in custody in New Mexico*** The APD Special Crimes Unit has been informed that Billy Glenn Ivy Jr has been taken into custody in Quay County New Mexico on his warrant for Attempted Capital Murder by Remuneration. There are no further details at this time
ORIGINAL DETAIL: The APD Special Crimes Unit developed information that a male had provided a female with a firearm, information about the intended victim, and money in return for her killing another man. On 3-9-17, the Special Crimes Unit secured warrant number 27418 charging Kimber Danielle Eisenhaur, 34, with Attempted Capital Murder for Remuneration. On 3-9-17 APD PACE officers located Eisenhaur at a home in the 3900 block of South West 7th Avenue. She was taken into custody and booked at the Randall County Jail. The intended victim in the case has not suffered any injuries as a result of the attempt. The second suspect charged in this incident under warrant number 27417 is Billy Glenn Ivy Jr, white male age 49. Ivy is 5’11 tall and 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Officers are currently attempting to locate Ivy, who lists an address outside of Amarillo. Ivy may be driving a 2016 black 4 door Ford F-350 Dually or a 2006 blue Saturn Vue.
