Do you recognize this man? He is suspected of stealing cell phones from stores in Vista. Someone out there knows this suspect.
The first incident happened just after 6:00 p.m. on March 6th at the Metro PCS store in the 900 block of Civic Center Drive. The suspect took an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus that were attached to a display counter and left the store.
About an hour later, the same suspect walked into the Radio Shack store in the 700 block of E. Vista Way. Once again, he took an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus that were attached to a display counter.
When confronted by a store employee, the suspect simulated having a gun in his waistband and backed out of the front door. He was last seen getting into a newer model Nissan Altima with paper plates.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man between 25 and 35 years old, standing 5'11" tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has brown eyes, long black curly hair and a moustache. The suspect has a red "lightning bolt" tattoo on his neck near the back of his ear and three dots tattooed on his left hand.
He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with an "LA" logo, black t-shirt, grey jeans and black shoes.
