#011 Commercial Burglary
At 9:39 a.m., CSO Ernst investigated a commercial burglary in the 38400 block of Fremont Bl. Over $5,000 worth of tools were taken from a storage unit sometime during the night between 3/18 and 3/19.
#013 Commercial Burglary
CSO Ernst investigated a commercial burglary in the 46600 block of Fremont Bl. The loss includes computers, televisions, other electronics and hand tools.
#017 Commercial Burglary
CSO Anders investigated a commercial burglary that occurred in the 39900 block of Blacow Rd. sometime between 3/17 – 3/19. Cash was the reported loss.
#025 Battery Arrest
At 4:28 p.m., officers were dispatched to a business on the 2600 block of Mowry Ave to investigate a battery. The victim, a store employee, advised that a female was escorted out of the store by employees for suspected theft. Once the female was just outside the business, she turned toward the victim and struck her with an open hand on the shoulder, near her neck. The suspect then fled the store. Officer Latimer located and detained a person with a similar description of the suspect on Civic Center Dr., a short distance away. The 52 year old suspect was identified during an in-field line-up and arrested for battery.
#033 Armed Robbery
At 7:37 p.m., officers investigated an armed robbery at a restaurant on the 100 block of Anza St. Two suspects entered the business; pistol whipped one of the employees and then stole money and a phone. The suspects were described as two black male adults, approx. 6’2, wearing black hoodies, black pants and masks covering their faces. They were both armed with handguns.
#037 Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance Arrest
At 9:50 p.m., an reporting party in the area of a business on the 39200 block of Fremont HUB, called to advise that a male was outside and possibly under the influence of drugs. The caller stated the male was attempting to pull a tree out from the ground. Officer De Stefano arrived and contacted a 49 year old adult male. The male was arrested for being under the influence of drugs.
