Detectives arrest Michael West and Justin Haverlock for Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Minor

LOCATION: Walnut Avenue and Jade Road, Lenwood
SUSPECT(S): Michael West, 22 years old and Justin Haverlock, 36 years old, both residents of Lenwood.
VICTIM: Confidential – 15-year-old female
SUMMARY:
On March 17, 2017, Barstow Deputies were assisting a Lenwood resident to help locate her 15-year-old runaway daughter. After locating the runaway juvenile, allegations of a possible sexual assault were reported. Deputies, and a detective from the Barstow Sheriff's Station conducted the investigation throughout the night. They determined that during the two-day period the juvenile was a runaway she was victimized by two adult males that she had met in her neighborhood. Michael West and Justin Haverlock were identified as the suspects involved. Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Barstow Jail for Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a minor and their bail was set at $50,000 each.
