#007 Commercial Burglary
Officers were dispatched to Roger’s Camping Trailers at the corner of Irvington/Fremont, where an employee was watching three teenagers, who had just broken into a trailer. As officers arrived, the teenagers fled on foot. Officer Gonzales located two of the suspects near Taco Bell on Grimmer Blvd. The two suspects were positively identified during an in-field line-up and were arrested for vandalism and burglary. Officer Liu later located the third outstanding suspect at Irvington Park and all three suspects were NTA’d (issued a notice to appear) to their parents.
#010 Grand Theft Arrest
Officer Burns and Hanrahan responded to On-Track’s Office on Boyce Rd. regarding an employee who was being held by security for suspected grand theft. Officer Burns arrived and took a 23 year old adult male into custody for grand theft.
#017 Coroner’s Case
Smith responded to an apartment regarding a 57 year old male who had passed away. Nothing suspicious was noted and the Alameda County Coroner responded.
#040 Speed Contest
Officer Manrique was working street racer enforcement when he observed two cars engaged in a speed contest. He attempted to stop both vehicles, but only one yielded. He was able to obtain both plates and identify the first driver that failed to stop. The second driver, a 23 year old adult male yielded and was arrested for speed contest and he was transported to Fremont Jail. His vehicle was impounded. Officer Manrique responded to the registered owner’s residence and located the other driver. Officer Manrique identified him as the driver and he admitted to driving. He was cited and released.
#001 DUI Arrest
Officer Manrique arrested a 46 year old adult male for DUI.
