UPDATE: Site is cleared and all residents returned. HazMat Incident on Love Lane 
Emergency crews from San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District and the Danville Police Department are on the scene of a static hazardous materials situation in the 300 block of Love Lane. A static hazardous materials incident means that the material is contained and there is no danger of spreading.
As a precaution while cleanup work is underway, all residents in a 300 foot area around the location are being briefly evacuated. The evacuation order should be lifted around 6:30pm.
No injuries are reported. Residents are asked to avoid the area until after the cleanup and evacuation are completed.
