Full Notification

Due to the extremely large amount of snow on City of Oneonta streets, all street parking is prohibited until further notice.  Regulations at all city parking lots and garage will be suspended during this time.
 
Oneonta Mayor Gary Herzig states, “Today, city crews worked to make sure that our steepest hills are open with full vehicle access.  Our priority for the coming days is to address the most significant threats to public safety which will include working to make city intersections safe for vehicles and pedestrians.  While I recognize the inconvenience caused by the prohibition of street parking, it is important that we continue to make public safety our top priority.  I also want to thank all who have cleared their sidewalks and have also helped their neighbors to do so.  We will continue to provide updates on our progress.”
