3/12 – 1:30 a.m. – Police responded to a domestic violence call, between two brothers, on North Jefferson Avenue. One brother, who appeared to be intoxicated, alleged the other attempted to strangle him. The complainant had no visible signs of injury. Millstadt EMS arrived on scene to evaluate the subject. Several other individuals on scene gave statements which contradicted the complainant. There being a lack of evidence, no arrests were made.
