3/08 – 10:49 p.m. – Police responded to a domestic disturbance, between a male and female, on Traver Tine Circle. Upon investigating the male subject was taken into custody for domestic battery, and transported to the county jail. Millstadt EMS responded to assess the victim, but did not transport. On March 10th the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office charged the suspect, Ryan M. Lahaie age 42 of Millstadt, with one count of Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm. His bond was set at $7,500.
