3/02 – 6:45 p.m. – Police handled a two-vehicle traffic crash, in the 200 block of West Washington Avenue. A vehicle which was waiting to turn into the bank parking lot was struck from behind by another motorist. A 17 year-old juvenile was issued a citation for “Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.”
