...SNOW SHOWER ACTIVITY WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH TODAY... .Snow showers continue early this morning with most of the activity east of Cleveland across northeast Ohio and into northwestern Pennsylvania. This activity will begin to diminish later this morning. Accumulations till then will be localized with many locations seeing little if any new snow. Gusty northwest winds will continue to cause a lot of blowing and drifting so rapidly changing road conditions should be expected. ...WINTER STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...
* Accumulations/Timing...An additional 1 to 3 inches of snow is likely today where the snow bands develop and persist. Locally higher amounts are also possible...especially on the higher terrain of Geauga County and Northwestern Pennsylvania.
* Impacts...Difficult driving conditions from reduced visibility and snow covered roads. Blowing and drifting snow will occur.
* Winds...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* Temperatures...12 to 25.
