Full Notification

  On 3/13/17 around 4:53pm, the Berkeley Police Department received a call from the family of missing person Koichi Kawakami.  They called to advise us that he had been returned unharmed. Kawakami was last seen on 3/12/2017 at approximately 2:30 PM in the 1900 block of Ward Street in Berkeley.

The family and the department are grateful for the efforts of the good sammaritan who helped him find his way home.
