A reminder to all Holland Township Residents,

§ 170-17 Designation of snow emergency no-parking areas.

A.Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway to the extent that snowplowing is required or is being undertaken, an emergency shall exist, and no vehicle shall be parked on either side of any of the streets or parts thereof accepted or maintained by the Township.

B.The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.

Any vehicle found parked on a roadway will be ticketed and may be towed. No warnings will be given.

148-11 Obstructions prohibited.
