...Accumulating Snow to Impact Southeastern Michigan Monday Morning through Monday Evening... ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 11 PM EDT MONDAY... The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for snow, which is in effect from 6 AM to 11 PM EDT Monday. HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

* Light snow will overspread southeastern Michigan after 6 AM EDT and continue throughout much of the day on Monday.

* A widespread 2 to 4 inches is expected across the area with the highest amounts, of 4 inches, generally along and south of the Interstate 94 corridor. IMPACTS...

* Roadways will become snow covered and slippery during the morning commute.

* With cold surface temperatures, the evening commute is also expected to be impacted.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LENAWEE ... LIVINGSTON ... MACOMB ... MONROE ... OAKLAND ... WASHTENAW ... WAYNE
