HCSO Homicide Charge Second Man In Home Invasion Murder. 
(Harris County, TX) Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide unit investigators have charged the second of two men for the murder and assault of two brothers who were the owners of a popular Spring area restaurant in north Harris county.
Investigators charged 28-year-old Ryan Scott with capital murder for his part in the September of 2016 murder.
29-year-old John Wesley Baldwin also charged with capital murder and has been in custody since October of 2016.
On Sunday, September 18, 2016, at approximately 8:45 P.M., deputies with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constables Office responded to a shooting in 21500 BLK of Canvasback Glen CT., in the Gosling Pines Subdivision.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they learned from the surviving brother, that Scott and Baldwin, forced entry into the house and demanded money.
One of the males shot and killed the homeowner, Adrianus Michael Kusuma, and assaulted his brother Sebatianus Kusuma.
They then took an undetermined amount of cash and fled the scene in a white colored Lexus.
