#009 Warrant Arrest
At 10:06 a.m., officers are dispatched to Lake Elizabeth at Central Park for a welfare check on a woman lying motionless by the water. The 35 year old female is contacted and arrested for a misdemeanor warrant. Investigated by Officer Collins.
#014 Robbery
Officers were dispatched to a robbery near Paseo Padre/Vista Del Mar. The victim reports being hit by the suspect and the suspect taking her phone. The victim gives officers a good description of the suspect and stated she was still in the area. Officers arrive and contact the 48 year old female suspect who still has the victim's phone in her possession. She is arrested and booked for robbery. Investigated by Officer Liu.
#031 Petty Theft
Two juveniles entered CVS and attempted to steal $262 worth of merchandise, but both were detained by the loss prevention officer. Officer Madsen responded and released both juveniles to their parents.
#032 Injury Collision
An unlicensed 17 year old driver was driving westbound Decoto Rd. He decided to make a left turn onto southbound Brookmill Rd, but failed to see the vehicle traveling eastbound Decoto Rd. He struck the vehicle traveling eastbound Decoto Rd and the impact caused the eastbound vehicle to flip over. Neither driver was seriously injured. Investigated by Officer Watts and FTO Er. Marcelino.
#034 Identity Theft/Mailbox Theft
A reporting party called with regard to video surveillance of a suspect stealing mail from his mailbox. The video also captured the vehicle’s license plate, which came back to a vehicle out of Hayward. Unfortunately the vehicle in the video and what is listed in DMV don’t match. The vehicle is likely cold plated. Case investigated by Officer Liu.
#037 Residential Burglary
Officers investigated a burglary that occurred in the 33800 block of Emilia Ln. The burglary occurred sometime during the day between approximately 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The suspect(s) entered the house after breaking a back bedroom window. The suspect(s) ransacked the house and the loss was a safe and jewelry. Video surveillance pending. Case investigated by CSO Escamilla.
#045 Driving on a Suspended License
At 10:52 p.m., a 26 year old adult male was cited for driving on a suspended license by Officer Wong during a traffic stop in the area of Grimmer Blvd and Blacow Rd.
#001 Driving on a Suspended License
At 1:29 a.m., a 37 year old adult male was cited for driving on a suspended license by Officer Dubowy during a traffic stop in the area of Stevenson Blvd and Balentine Dr.
#003 Robbery at Gunpoint
At 2:14 a.m., a victim calls to report that he and a friend were robbed at gunpoint in a parking lot located in the 5100 block of Mowry Ave. The victims were sitting in their car when three suspects approached their vehicle and robbed them at gunpoint. In total, the victims believed 7 – 8 people were involved. They were last seen driving away in two – three vehicles towards Farwell Dr. One suspect vehicle was described as a BMW sedan that was black in color. The vehicle is very similar to the description of the suspect vehicle from the string of robberies the night prior. A second involved vehicle was described as a 4-door silver sedan, possibly a Honda Accord. Loss reported was wallets, cellular phones and keys.
Suspect # 1 - Black adult male, in his early to mid-twenties, 5'09" to 5'10", 260 lbs., stocky build, with black short curly hair, unknown eye color, and no noticeable facial hair. He was described as wearing a black and red hooded sweatshirt, blue pants, and unknown style shoes. He was armed with a handgun.
Suspect # 2 - Black adult male, eighteen to mid-twenties, 5'07" to 5'08", 190 to 210 lbs., scrawny build, with black short curly hair, unknown eye color, a 5 o'clock shadow for facial hair, and black small metal frame eyeglasses. He was described as wearing a long sleeve black or dark blue shirt, unknown color pants, and unknown style shoes.
Suspect # 3 - Black adult male, mid-twenties, short black hair and unknown facial features. He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.
#006 Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Burglary Tools Arrest
At 3:49 a.m., officers were dispatched on a call of male passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Walmart on Albrae St. A 36 year old adult male was contacted in the vehicle and was ultimately arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools by Officer Wong.
