Farmington Hills Fire Department would like to caution residents of a high wind warning. Powerful winds today so be extra vigilant about staying at least 25 feet from downed wires and fences near down wires. Call 911 to report the wires. Never cross yellow caution tape placed there by responder. Be aware that old or sick trees are dangerous and to stay away from them. Never run your generator inside or upwind from your home. Check on elderly neighbors and family during this storm. Thank you.
