Avoid S. Arroyo Blvd and La Loma due to water main break. 
S. Arroyo Blvd from California Blvd to Bradford St is closed as well as La Loma St from Hillside Terrace to Grand St. A water main broke during construction to the La Loma St Bridge. The water is off and engineers are enroute to determine the structural integrity of the La Loma St and S. Arroyo Blvd.
