#003 Warrant Arrest
At 6:49 a.m., Officer C. Gonzales stopped a 41 year old adult male in the area of Chapel/Irvington and arrested him for his felony probation violation and multiple misdemeanor warrants.

#014 Warrant Arrest
At 12:35 p.m., Officer Liu contacted a 34 year old adult male on the 3800 block of Delaware Dr. and cite released him for his active warrant.

#017 Warrant Arrest
At 12:56 p.m., Officer Collins contacted a 48 year old adult male on the 2000 block of Mowry Ave and cite released him for his active warrant.

#019 and #021 Trespassing and Warrant Service
At 1:07 p.m., security at Walgreens called to report an ongoing issue with a transient woman who was refusing to leave and was yelling and cursing.  Officers arrive and contact the 41 year old.   She was arrested for a no cite $10k warrant for a probation violation for vandalism and trespassing.  Case investigated by Officer Knudson.

#021 Shoplifting
At 1:53 p.m., Officer Vucurevich responded CVS (4000 block of Fremont Hub) to investigate a shoplifting incident.  Two suspects entered the store and stole approximately $468 worth of merchandise.

• Suspect #1 – Black male adult, 20-30 years old, 5’3” to 5’9” tall, curly disheveled black hair, wearing a black jacket, and carrying a bag with bright green on one side and pattern on the other side.
• Suspect #2 –Black female adult, 20-30 years old,  5’ to 5’6”, very thin build, shoulder length brown hair, wearing grey long sleeve shirt and white pants.

 
#034 DUI, Hit and Run Collision
At 10:04 p.m., a hit and run collision took place near the intersection of Farwell and Mowry Ave. Witnesses reported a male was seen running southbound on Farwell Ave. after the collision took place. The registered owner of the vehicle was located near his place of work nearby and was found to be intoxicated.  The 39 year old adult male was arrested Officer Gregory for DUI and hit and run.

#035 Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Stolen Property Arrest
At approximately 11:00 p.m., Officer Higgins conducted a pedestrian stop on a 59 year old adult male in the area of Fremont and Thornton Ave. The male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property (bicycle). 

#003 Hit and Run, Reckless Driving and Driving on a Suspended License
Officer Perry observed a vehicle driving recklessly in the area of Tupelo and Paseo Padre Pkwy. Officer Perry eventually located the same vehicle disabled near France and Leonato Way after appearing to have been involved in an accident. A 39 year old adult male was contacted in the vehicle and admitted to being involved in a collision somewhere in the area. Officers conducted a canvass and found a damaged water main near the intersection of Siward and Creekwood Dr. The male was arrested for hit and run, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license by Officer Perry.

#004 Public Intoxication Arrest
At 2:47 a.m., FPD dispatch received multiple 911 calls from a male and female staying at a motel on the 4100 block of Mowry Ave. The female reported that the male appeared agitated, was pacing in the room and holding a knife. Multiple officers responded to the scene and both parties came outside.  They were contacted in the parking lot of the motel and officers recognized the male was extremely intoxicated.  The 23 year old adult male was arrested by Officer Fuellenbach for public intoxication.
