Kiely Construction continues working on Navesink River Rd. in the area of Browns Dock Rd. headed towards Locust Point Rd. The road will be closed in areas with detours in place. Work is expected to continue at least into the third week of March. Please plan alternate route and expect delays in the area between the hours of 8am -5pm.
