Combined with gusty winds, up to 40 mph by Tuesday afternoon, critical fire weather conditions will remain in place until Tuesday evening. ...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 6 PM CST TUESDAY FOR GUSTY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 004, 013, 014, 021, 022, 023, 028, 029, 030, 031, 037, 038, 039, 043, 044, 045, 053, 054, 057, 060, 103, 104, AND 105... The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 6 PM CST Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* WIND...Sustained westerly winds of 15 to 25 mph are expected, with occasional gusts as high as 40 mph.

* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity is expected to drop as low as 25 percent on Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not advised.
