#011 Possession of Methamphetamine Arrest
Officer Richards and Officer Vucurevich responded two a call of two men passed out in a pick-up truck in the area of Logan/Sacramento.  Officers arrived and made contact.  The two men, both 33 years old, were arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

#019 Robbery
At approximately 11:00 a.m., a male wearing a surgical mask and gloves entered Hallers Pharmacy at Fremont/Peralta and showed the pharmacist a note on his phone stating “no one would be hurt if he was given cough syrup with promethazine.”  The clerk gave the suspect three bottles and the suspect left the store on foot with no further incident.  The suspect was described as an Asian male.  Investigated by Officer Collins.

#028 Outside Assist – Medical Call
At approximately 12:52 p.m., patrol units were sent to Motel 6 (north) after an employee reported seeing blood in a room and an unresponsive person on the bed.  While units were responding, the reporting party now said there was a female in the room yelling at the male to get up.  Once units arrived, it was determined that the male had cut himself accidentally on some glass from a window he had broken while arguing with staff.  The male was treated at the scene for his cuts and the case was documented by Officer Collins and supervised by Sgt. Lawrence.

#001 Warrant and Illegal drugs
Officer Dubowy arrested an adult male for his outstanding warrant and for being in possession of methamphetamine following a pedestrian stop in the area of Mowry/I880.

#003, 004 Stolen Vehicle/Warrant/Stolen Property
Officer Perry observed a vehicle without any lights on in the area of Paseo Padre and Blackstone. Officer Perry catches up to the vehicle near Paseo Padre and Deep Creek where the vehicle’s right tire strikes the curb and becomes disabled. The driver attempts to flee, but he is stopped by officers. During the incident a Taser is deployed. The vehicle is a reported stolen out of Gilroy. The adult male driver had an outstanding felony warrant for a violation of his probation. A search of the vehicle yielded possession of burglary tools (shaved keys) and stolen property.   The driver and his front passenger were both arrested and booked at the Fremont Jail. 
 
#006 Illegal Drugs
Officer Gregory arrested an adult male for being in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia following a vehicle stop in the area of Fremont/Stevenson.

#002 Drunk In Public
Officer Macciola arrested an adult male for being drunk in public following a disturbance at the Denny’s restaurant on Mowry Ave.

#008 Non-Injury Collision
While Officers are on scene handling an incident near Washington Hospital a vehicle collides with a light pole. Officer Gregory handled the crash.

#031 Shoplifting
Target loss prevention detained a 53 year old adult female for shoplifting.  Officer Vucurevich took custody of the female suspect and transported her to the Fremont Jail.
