#006 Unlicensed Driver Arrest
At 6:37 a.m., Officer Blanchet stopped a vehicle at Fremont and Grimmer, and arrested a 38 year old adult male for driving without a license.   
#009 Driving on a Suspended License Arrest
At 8:00 a.m., Officer Butcher stopped a vehicle at Tamayo and Marshall, and arrested a 21 year old adult for driving on a suspended license.
#011 Driving on a Suspended License Arrest
At 8:31 a.m., Officer Watts and FTO Ehling stopped a vehicle at Fremont and Enea, and arrested a 25 year old adult male for driving on a suspended license.
#024 Driving on a Suspended License and False Registration
Officer Franchi stopped a vehicle at Paseo Padre and Mowry and arrested a 41 year old adult male for a driving on a suspended license and having false vehicle registration..
#012 Commercial Burglary
Officer Lastrape and FTO Gourley investigated a commercial burglary to a storage locker in the 39100 block of Argonaut Way. Loss at the time of the report was two security locks that were cut off the container.
#018 Theft
Officer Lastrape and FTO Gourley investigated a theft in the 39100 block of Argonaut Way. The suspect took the victim’s wallet from inside the victim’s purse in a shopping cart. The suspect is was described as a black male adult in his late 40’s with missing front teeth, 5’3” with a thin build. The suspect vehicle is a white 4-door Infiniti with paper plates.
#040 Residential Burglary
Officer investigated a residential burglary that occurred at the Durham Green Apartments where a witness observed a female exit a window of the apartment. The witness was able to get the license plate of the suspect vehicle.
Suspect Descriptions:
1) White female adult 20-25 years old, long light colored hair, blue jeans and unknown color top.
2) Hispanic male, 20-25 years old, heavy set, short buzzed hair at the back of his head, dark baseball hat, dark short sleeve shirt.
Suspect Vehicle - Early 2000's Tan Honda Accord 4-door with heavy oxidation on the roof.
#052 Robbery Attempt
An attempted robbery occurred near Sundale Drive and Wall Common. Two male suspects attempted to rob another male of his phone in that location but were unsuccessful.  The two suspects were described as a black male adult and a white male adult driving an older Acura Integra.
#003 DUI Arrest
Officer Burns was in the area of Fremont Blvd. and Country Dr. when he saw a vehicle driving erratically.  The vehicle was last seen northbound on Fremont Blvd. at a high rate of speed.  The driver, a 34 year old adult male, Fremont resident, and vehicle were located on Tamayo west of Fremont with a flat tire.  The driver was arrested by Officer Burns for DUI.
#005 Auto Burglary
At 4:48 a.m., officers responded to an auto burglary on Greenstone Common.  Upon arrival, approximately 8 vehicles had been found victimized.  All of the vehicles were parked along the south curb line of Pecos Ave and all had their front passenger windows smashed out.  In almost all cases, the glove compartment and center consoles were open, contents were scattered and items were taken.  The reporting party said that she saw two suspects, only described as black males wearing dark clothing, run to an older white 4-door sedan when they were noticed.  Officer Burch handled the investigation with assistance by additional officers.

#014 Commercial Burglary
CSO Romero investigated a commercial burglary of storage pods in the 47400 block of Seabridge Dr.
#015  Commercial Burglary
CSO Schwartz and FTO Ernst investigated a commercial burglary in the 3200 block of Darby Co. The loss includes landscaping tools.
#017 Vandalism Arrest
Officers responded to the 38900 block of Fremont Blvd when a witness saw a male tagging an ATM machine with a message that is disparaging to law enforcement. Officer Kohler spotted someone matching the description given by the witness in the area. The 39 year old adult male was identified during an in-field line up and then arrested for the vandalism.
#018 Commercial Burglary
CSO Romero investigated a commercial burglary to a mausoleum in the 41000 block of Chapel Way.
#020 Theft/Scam
Officer Lastrape and FTO Gourley investigated a theft of monies. The suspect used Craigslist to scam the victim.
#021 Theft
CSO Anders investigated the theft of 200’ of wire from an apartment complex in the 2600 block of Driscoll Rd. The suspects also caused $2K in damage.
#028, 029 Auto Burglaries
CSO Anders investigated several auto burglaries in the 34500 block of Bluestone Co (in the same city block at the eight auto burglaries reported in the previous midnight shift). Video from a resident depicts the suspects as two light skinned black males in their 20s.
#034 Ascertain the Problem Call - Unfounded
An RP called into dispatch and advised there was a male with a gun in the parking lot of the 7-11 store at Mission and Niles. He then advised he had been shot and was bleeding at that location. Sergeant Samayoa was nearby but didn’t hear any shots or see anything unusual. He arrived at the location and contacted four males at gunpoint in the parking lot while additional units responded.  In the end, one of the detained males was identified as the caller and is determined to have mental health issues. The entire incident was unfounded.
#035 Residential Burglary
A residential burglary occurred in the 39000 block of Sonora Court. Entry was made via kicking the front door with part of the loss being a firearm.
#037 Auto Burglary
An auto burglary occurred at the Ranch Market in Warm Springs. A witness stated a Hispanic male broke the victim vehicle window and stole two bags. The suspect vehicle was described as a silver Toyota Yaris, license plate #7PDX385. This plate came back off of Pine Street, but was determined to be the wrong plate.  
#041 Residential Burglary
A residential burglary occurred in the 38000 block of Glenview Drive. Point of entry was via a window.
Returned Property
Officer Gerber took a theft case yesterday involving a very distinctive custom bicycle.  Around 12:15 a.m., Officer Gerber saw a male riding that bike near Capitol and Liberty.  The male suspect was contacted and arrested for several crimes, including the stolen bike.  The victim was happily reunited with the bicycle.
#005 Auto Burglary Arrest
BART PD called about a suspect breaking into cars in the parking lot.  A witness was watching the suspect and FPD responded as the closest BART unit was from Hayward.  Officers Paiva and De Stefano arrived and contacted a male who decided to square off on them in the parking lot.  He was positively identified as the suspect and arrested.  Investigated by Officer De Stefano.

#016 Warrant Arrest
Officer Knudson and FTO Hanrahan conducted a warrant service at Motel 6 South and arrested a 28 year old adult female for her misdemeanor warrant.
#010 Stolen Vehicle - Unfounded
A worker at Premier Nissan of Fremont called stating two males had just stolen a vehicle from the lot and had pulled into the Wendy’s lot on Automall Pkwy. in the stolen truck.  Units responded and detained the two occupants.  In the end, it appears the vehicle had been sold by Grass Valley Subaru (a sister company) and miscommunication between the companies led to the belief that the truck was being stolen.  Documented by Officer Snow.
#030 Unlicensed Driver
Officer Montojo conducted a traffic enforcement stop and subsequently arrested/cited the driver, a 49 year old adult female for being an unlicensed driver.
#032 Possession of a Controlled Substance Arrest
Officer Madsen made a traffic enforcement stop and arrested/cited a 27 year old adult female for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 
#035 and #037 Under the Influence Arrest
Officers Carter and De-Stefano were working a DUI enforcement detail and they made an arrest for under the influence and issued a citation for a vehicle code violation.

#004 Minor Injury Collision
Officers responded to a roll-over collision at the intersection of Paseo Padre/Peralta.  One of the involved vehicles severed the pedestrian crosswalk sign and a city crew responded for repairs.  Collision caused minor visible injuries to both involved parties.  Investigated by Officer Tran.
#001 Possession of Stolen Property, Burglary Tools and Warrant Arrest
Officers R. Smith and Singh are dispatched to a suspicious vehicle near Willowood/Deadwood.  The caller advises a male sleeping in a blue Honda Civic.   Officers R. Smith and Singh arrive and locate a male still asleep in the driver's seat.  Officer Smith verifies the VIN for the plate currently on the Honda doesn't match the VIN on the dash.  The male is contacted and arrested for a warrant, and additionally found to be in possession of stolen property and burglary tools.  The Honda is confirmed as the same one entered in the stolen vehicle system.  Investigated by Officer R. Smith.
Community Event
Several staff members attend "For Our Heroes", a public safety appreciation event hosted by Berean Baptist Church at 2929 Peralta Way.  Special thanks to Pastor Morris Henriquez and all of the church staff.
#018 Mail Theft
Officers investigated a mail theft incident on the 3300 block of Shamrock Co.  The reporting party called to advise he had video surveillance of suspect(s) stealing mail from mailboxes in the area.  Case investigated by Officer. Cavaz.
#013 Auto Burglary
Officers investigated an auto burglary on the 41000 block of Timber Creek Tr.  Investigated by Officer B. Smith.
#023 Auto Burglary
Officers investigated an auto burglary on the 5000 block of Mowry Ave. – Starbucks parking lot. 
Suspect: black male adult, skinny build and last seen wearing a black jacket.
#025 Auto Burglaries
A caller initially reports multiple auto burglaries in the parking lot of Sprouts.  There was no suspect information, so they were referred to the online reporting system.  CSO Goralczyk canvassed the area for video surveillance but no cameras were pointed at the parking lot in this area.  RP also advised he found a blue bag next to his vehicle and CSO Goralczyk took a found property report for the bag.
#019 Stolen Vehicle
Officers investigated a stolen vehicle on the 1700 block of Vancouver Co. – 2011 gray Lincoln MKZ – 6RZF685.
#001 Warrant Service
Officer Perry was arrested an adult male for his misdemeanor suspended license warrant following a vehicle stop in the area of Fremont/Decoto. 
#002 DUI Arrest
Officer Dubowy arrested an adult male for DUI following a vehicle stop in the area of Davis/ Grimmer Bl.
#003 Suspended License, Burglary tools and Illegal Drugs
Officer Fuellenbach arrested an adult male for driving on a suspended license following a vehicle stop in the area of Glenview and Eggers. A search of the vehicle yielded burglary tools and methamphetamine. Additional charges added.
#026 Auto Burglary
As a continuation from the Swing shift patrol team, a third vehicle was reported burglarized at Starbucks parking lot.  Investigated by Officer Tucker.
Suspect Description- Black male adult, approximately, 30 years, long hair, black jacket driving a black unknown make 4-door vehicle, last seen westbound Mowry Ave at time of call.
#004 Vandalism
CSI O’Neal investigated a vandalism to a business, which consisted of a broken front window of the Subway located in Warm Springs. No signs of entry. Cameras were not working and no suspect descriptions available.
