San Leandro Police advises you to AVOID the 2100 block of Williams St (between Merced Ave. and Doolittle Drive) due to a current traffic issue. An incident on the Union Pacific Railroad tracks has closed Williams Street in both directions and will require a detour of traffic for the next 12 hours. Please use either Marina Blvd. or Davis Street as an alternate route.
