* LOCATIONS...Northeastern Maryland, northern Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania and central New Jersey.
* VISIBILITY...One-quarter mile or less in spots.
* TIMING...Areas of dense fog this morning will gradually dissipate from southeast to northwest across the region between 9 AM and 11 AM.
* IMPACTS...The dense fog and reduced visibility will create hazardous driving conditions.
* AFFECTED AREAS: COASTAL OCEAN ... EASTERN MONMOUTH ... HUNTERDON ... MERCER ... MIDDLESEX ... SOMERSET ... WESTERN MONMOUTH
