Fourth Ave water main installation begins at Memorial Dr on 2/23, intersection will remain open. 
New Jersey American Water begins water main installation on Fourth Avenue on Thursday, February 23, starting at Memorial Drive.
The intersection of Fourth Avenue and Memorial Drive will remain open, with police officers on site to direct traffic. The road will be topped with temporary blacktop at night, so that streets can be easily cleared in the event of a snow storm.
Installation of the water main from Memorial Drive to Bridge Street will run through approximately March 10. Installation from Bridge Street to Prospect Avenue will run through approximately March 28. Services and hydrants will be worked on from March 20 through approximately April 28, and side street tie-ins will be worked on intermittently from April 3 through May 2. There will also be trench paving daily.
