At approximately 4:37 a.m. on Wednesday morning, deputies responded to the intersection of Smyth Drive/Dickason Drive, Valencia, regarding a traffic collision. At the location they located a single vehicle that had collided into a traffic pole. The sole occupant of vehicle, an adult female, was transported to Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
