Voluntary evacuations for Lovers Ln/San Felipe Rd/Pacheco Creek area.

The current river level of Pacheco Creek near Dunneville is nearing 9ft. The "action" stage is 10 ft with "moderate" flood stage at 12 ft. Residents of the Lovers Ln/San Felipe Rd/Dunneville area north of Shore Rd should consider making plans for a voluntary evacuation of people, pets and livestock. The creek is expected to reach at least 16ft today. This evacuation/planning should commence immediately.

Further, the National Weather Service has issued a "flash flood warning" for San Benito County until 2:45PM. Do not attempt to cross rivers and streams or roadways/property covered in water.
