Precipitation will increase early Monday morning, spreading from South to North across the region. Initially it will begin as snow. As warmer air arrives, rain is expected in the lower elevations. A Stronger and wetter system will arrive Monday night into Tuesday. The two rounds of rainfall combined with melting low elevation snow will raise the concerns of renewed flooding over the region
