Message from the Perth Amboy Police Department 
We understand there have been rumors circulating that the City of Perth Amboy Administration has been associated with immigration check points in various areas throughout the City in cooperation with federal immigration enforcement agents.
We want to assure all of our residents that the City of Perth Amboy is NOT arranging any immigration check points, as this is NOT the duty of local law enforcement authorities.
