Signal Hill Residents only: Sandbags available in preparation for major storm 2/17/17 
Sandbags are available in the Public Works City Yard at 2175 E. 28th Street on Thursday and Friday from 7AM to 7PM. Supply is limited to 10 sandbags per residence. Proof of City residency is required. After hours, a limited supply of sandbags will be available at the same location outside the gate.
