...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON... The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has issued a High Wind Watch...which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon.
* TIMING...Strong winds will develop Sunday afternoon and last through early Monday afternoon. The strongest winds are expected Sunday evening.
* WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with potential for gusts up to 60 mph. The strongest winds are expected in the higher elevations.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may down trees, powerlines, and cause minor structural damage. Scattered power outages are expected. Driving high profile vehicles in these conditions will be difficult.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EXTREME WESTERN ALLEGANY
