On February 8, 2017 at approximately 3:07pm, a Lincoln Middle School boy reported that he was walking home from the bus stop near Berwick Drive and Berwick Court when he was approached by a newer, “shiny” four-door sedan being driven by a white male in his mid-40s with brown spiked hair and wearing a black shirt. The man offered to give the boy a ride home and offered him candy. The boy refused to get into the vehicle and ran home.  The Sheriff’s Office has been investigating this for the past 48 hours and has found no additional information and no additional incidents have been reported.  It is unclear as to the intentions of the man and no further information  available at this time.
