...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EST THIS EVENING... ...WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED... The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has issued a Winter Weather Advisory...which is in effect until 10 PM EST this evening. The Winter Storm Warning has been cancelled and is being replaced by the Winter Weather Advisory.
* PRECIPITATION TYPE...Snow.
* ACCUMULATIONS...Additional snow accumulation of 2 to 4.
* TIMING...Through Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions are expected due to accumulating snow...gusty winds...and poor visibility.
* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* TEMPERATURES...In the mid 20s.
* WIND CHILLS...Are expected to drop below zero Thursday night.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EXTREME WESTERN ALLEGANY
