Sheriff's Office Launches Drug Collection Program
The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with CVS/Pharmacy is pleased to announce the addition of a drug collection box in Gibson County!
CVS has a grant program that allows communities to apply for a free collection box. We are excited to be allowed to participate in this program. Getting rid of unused or expired medications is one more step we can take to help prevent prescription abuse.
You can now bring in your unwanted or unused medications to our office for proper disposal.
The collection box is located inside the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office located at 112 E Emerson St Princeton, IN 47670. Medications are accepted during office hours as the box is located in a non-public area of the building.
Office hours that drugs can be dropped off are:
Monday 7 AM – 4 PM
Tuesday 7 AM – 4 PM
Wednesday 7 AM – 6 PM
Thursday 7 AM – 4 PM
Friday 7 AM – 4 PM
Just bring your drugs to the office staff, and we'll take care of the rest.
