Diablo Rd closed between Calle Arroyo and Avenida Nueva due to downed tree and power lines in roadway. 
Diablo Road is closed between Calle Arroyo and Avenida Nueva due to a large tree that fell earlier this morning and took down power lines. PG&E is on scene. Crews are currently working to discharge the power lines in order to remove them from the road. That is expected to take a few hours, and then the tree removal can begin. The road may reopen by 6am, but may affect early morning commuters. PG8E is reporting an estimated 188 residents in the Blackhawk area are currently without power.
