Winter Storm Watch until 12:00AM Friday

...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING... The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has issued a Winter Storm Watch...which is in effect from late Wednesday night through Thursday evening.

* PRECIPITATION TYPE...Snow.

* ACCUMULATION...Potential for 6 or more inches of snow.

* TIMING...Late Wednesday night through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...The heavy snow may make many roads impassable. Power outages are possible due to gusty winds and potentially heavy snowfall.

* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts around 35 mph.

* TEMPERATURES...Falling into the lower 20s Wednesday night. Temperatures will fall into the teens Thursday and into the single digits and lower teens Thursday evening.

* AFFECTED AREAS: EXTREME WESTERN ALLEGANY
