HEAVY SNOW POTENTIAL FOR THURSDAY (2/9/17): The possibility exists for a significant snowfall beginning around midnight on Wednesday. Snow is predicted to get heavy at rates of 1" per hour between 4-6AM with periods of snowfall at rates of 2 to 3"per hour. Should this storm stay on its current track snow fall totals could be in the 6-10" range.

Residents should plan for a challenging Thursday morning commute. Take this opportunity to plan for the interruptions that a major snow storm may have on the area. Emergency Management will continue to monitor the situation and issue additional bulletins as necessary.
