A Victorville man is arrested after he held his disabled wife against her will and threatened to kill her

VICTIM(S): Confidential Female
SUMMARY:
On January 3, 2017, deputies from the Victorville Police Department, were dispatched to a residence on Sueno Lane where a woman was reportedly being held against her will by the suspect, Ruben Bill.
The suspect and his wife, who has limited mobility and uses a walker, had become engaged in an argument and the suspect took the victim to a bedroom, locking them both inside. The suspect pushed the victim causing her to fall out of her walker and injure her back. After placing her back into the walker, he held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her. Deputies made entry into the bedroom and were able to take the suspect into custody.
The suspect was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for false imprisonment, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, threatening a crime, and attempted murder.
