6th Offense OWI 
On 02-05-17 at 3:04 a.m. a Janesville Police Officer stopped a vehicle at Center Ave. and Rockport Rd. for a traffic violation. The officer made contact with the driver, who showed signs of intoxication. After the driver failed field sobriety tests he was arrested for OWI 6th offense and held at the Rock County Jail.
