Street Closures for Purple Line & other construction on Wilshire, between San Vicente and Fairfax, 1/27 and 1/28 Plan your commute. 
Traffic Advisory:
Construction work for the Metro Purple Line Extension and other projects will take place this weekend. There will be an eastbound directional closure along the route; vehicles will be detoured to La Cienega.
There will be street closures along Wilshire between San Vicente and Fairfax, beginning this evening Friday, January 27 and all day Saturday, January 28. There will be also be construction activities on Sunday, January 29 from 8AM-12PM along Wilshire and Gale.
In consideration of Museum Free Day, there will be no work on Sunday, January 29 at Fairfax Avenue.
Please plan your commute and expect some traffic delays along the construction route this weekend. Traffic officer support will be at key intersections to assist with traffic flow. For info call the 24-hour Metro hotline: 213-922-6934.
